Officials in New Orleans are holding a press conference Bourbon Street Attack At least 10 people were killed and dozens more injured among people celebrating in the early hours of the New Year.
New Orleans Police Department Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said earlier Wednesday that a man drove around barricades and down Bourbon Street in New Orleans' French Quarter, acting “very deliberately.”
“He was bent on committing genocide and the damage it caused,” Kirkpatrick said.
