In a bizarre incident in Nakuru County, residents took to the streets on Sunday carrying the body of a deceased activist, Richard Otieno, demanding justice for his murder.
Otieno, also known as Molo President, was reportedly found dead in Molo after being attacked using an axe by unknown assailants on Saturday night.
Angered by the senseless murder, the protestors stormed the mortuary where his body was being held and carried it out to the streets as they demanded answers.
In video clips seen by Kenyans.co.ke, the Elburgon locals were seen carrying the deceased body as they marched along the Njoro-Molo Road shouting for justice.

The deceased was a youth leader and reportedly a fierce government critic.
He was also an aspiring ward representative in the Molo Constituency before his untimely death.
At the time of the publishing of this article, his killers were yet to be identified.
His murder adds to a series of unexplained disappearances and deaths that have plagued the nation over the last months.
However, it is unclear whether Otieno had gone missing before meeting his tragic death.
In a similar case barely two weeks ago, 24-year-old Ibrahim Hilal Mwiti, an activist who had been missing since November last year in Nairobi, was found dead in a mortuary in Thika.
Mwiti had been missing for seven weeks before his dead body showed up at the Thika Level Five Hospital.
His family relayed that Mwiti was a delivery man and also an avid social media user like other Kenyan youths.
Currently, four more known young Kenyans are still missing since December as the government continues the war against social media government critics.
