Police is giving update about this on Tuesday Shooting at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, in which a teenage student and a teacher died.

Five students and a teacher were also injured in the shooting that took place at Abundant Life Christian School on Monday, police said. Injuries ranged from minor to life-threatening. “Everyone was targeted in this incident,” Barnes said. “Everyone was put in equal danger.”

Rupno, who went by Samantha, was a student at the school, Barnes said Monday. Barnes said investigators are looking at Rupno's social media presence, but have not shared any specific information about the teen's behavior online. Barnes said investigators are also trying to determine whether Rupno was bullied and whether it affected his actions.

Barnes also addressed the circulation of a document purportedly related to the shooting that is circulating online. Barnes said the authenticity of the document could not be verified, and said detectives were working on the origin of that document and how it was shared online. He requested that the document not be spread or shared further, and said that police would provide updates whenever possible.

Barnes also clarified an earlier statement about a second-grade student calling 911 to report the shooting. He said the shooting was actually reported by a second-grade teacher.

Barnes and other local officials said that multiple threats were made against local schools, resulting in the lockdown. None of those threats resulted in violence.

Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway said a ceremony will be held at the Capitol Building in Madison on Tuesday at 6 p.m. local time to honor the victims of the shooting.
