Company Puts Entire Hospital on Auction in Naivasha

Lakeview Hospital, a three-storey facility, has been put on auction in Naivasha, Nakuru County.

According to the notice carried in the local dailies on Monday, the auction will be held on February 11 in Naivasha town starting at 11 am.

Interested bidders have been advised that the process will take place outside the main post office.

The facility itself is a level-four hospital located in the Karai area of the Hells Gate Ward in the Naivasha Sub-County.

It lies over a parcel of land measuring 1.164 hectares or approximately 2.876 acres.

It has been developed with two inter-connected three-storey blocks, two stores, a sentry post and semi-permanent staff quarters.

The mains electricity service has already been connected to the property and CCTV security cameras have also been installed in the property for added security.

Water is sourced from a borehole sunk within the property while septic tanks have also been installed for foul drainage.

Conveniently, it is located just 210 metres off the busy Nakuru-Nairobi Highway.

To get to the facility, bidders interested in viewing the property should turn right just after the Shell Petrol Station in Karai and proceed for the 210 metres.

This access road has been laid in murram.

Besides the convenience of the highway, the property is also located near other amenities including the Laini Fish Market which lies just 500 metres North-East of the facility.
