new york –Real estate brokers Oren and Tal Alexander and their brother, Elon, have been convicted of sex trafficking charges in New York.
Officials from the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York Held a press conference on Wednesday To announce the charges. She said the brothers ran a sex trafficking scheme and allegedly assaulted dozens of women between 2010 and 2021, in some cases, while the men were in high school.
Damien Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced, “The defendants used their wealth and position to create and facilitate opportunities to sexually assault women.” “In particular, Oren and Tal Alexander used their prominent positions in the real estate industry to induce women to come to events and parties. James Dennehy, assistant director in charge of the FBI, said, “We will not allow this type of alleged behavior to go unpunished. Predators who force victims into sexual acts will not be tolerated.”

Williams said the brothers arranged domestic and international trips where they committed their alleged crimes, and recruited women by offering them things like travel, luxury accommodations and access to exclusive events. He said he met his alleged victims in person, on social media and on dating apps.
Williams said, “Sometimes, the defendants chose women to invite. At other times, they used party promoters who paid for the women.”
Williams said the brothers and other men gave the women drugs, including cocaine, mushrooms and GHB, which allegedly “left some of the women physically unable to fight or run away.”
Williams said, “Then, as alleged, the Alexander brothers – sometimes alone, sometimes with each other and sometimes with other men – forcibly raped and assaulted the women.”
Williams said the brothers also committed other alleged attacks “by chance” in bars, clubs and social events.
“These attacks reportedly had many of the same characteristics as rapes occurring at group events – isolated locations, drug victimization, force and physical restraint,” Williams said.
