Police say the gunman rode a bike down Sixth Avenue, also known as the Avenue of the Americas, into Central Park.

Police say the suspect was last seen at 6:48 a.m. riding his bike on Center Drive, a thoroughfare that runs through Central Park.

CBS News obtained additional video that shows the shooter leaving the park shortly before 7 a.m. and then turning onto West 85th Street on the Upper West Side. This would place the suspect on the opposite side of Manhattan, about 30 blocks north of the hotel.

From there, it is unclear where he went.
