The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) nabbed a notorious machete-wielding gang who have been giving residents of Mombasa sleepless nights.
In a sting operation involving police officers drawn from Mjambere Police Station in Kisauni Sub-County, the sleuths arrested the four-member-gang and seized their weapons.
In a statement on Tuesday, the four suspects, all males aged 24 years, 23 years, and two 19-year-olds, were part of a gang mugging locals in the area.
