The Essential is one of our favorite pens. You could say it's, ahem, essential in kitchenWe like that it works well for all types of tasks. Its high walls keep grease from splattering on your countertop, and it can also function as a flat-bottomed skillet or even a Dutch oven. It is also dishwasher-safe.

If you tend to throw your fried vegetables out of the frying pan, a deep saucepan is just what you need. It has a large base for cooking, but high walls to keep your ingredients inside the pan and out of the stove. Plus, the sides are flat, so you can use them for leverage if you're flipping something with a spatula.
