Gemini [archival audio], Main Body-Weight Exercises Squats Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower your hips as if sitting on a chair, keep your back straight and chest up. Go as low as you can comfortably.

Michael Calore: Lunges for each leg, three sets of 10, plank, three sets for 30 to 60 seconds, which is torture. Glute bridge, three sets of 15 reps. And then it talks about progressive overload and it talks about rest days and all that stuff, which is great. And then I said, “Okay, I don't know how to do a lunge. Can you show me how to do a lunge?” And it presented me with a lot of videos, five videos.

Lauren Good: YouTube, possibly?

Michael Calore: Yes, they were YouTube videos. The two links were exactly the same, but I watched all the videos and I said, “Okay, I think I can do a lunge now.” And I did a lunge and I didn't hurt myself, and I felt the burn. So I think it's great.

Lauren Good: It's really great.

Michael Calore: Yes. The only thing that was strange about it was that I searched on Google and I found the exact same information from a few different places. And apart from the video, I don't know where Gemini got this information from. I don't even know where he got his recipes from. It was all presented to me as, “This is what Gemini says.”

Lauren Good: No sourcing.

Michael Calore: No sourcing. And I tried everything, and I didn't see any good sourcing.

Lauren Good: And humans likely put together those workout plans or wrote about those recipes. And that was published and sorry, but little pieces of your data are now being harvested and added to some recipe, and you have no idea where it comes from.

Michael Calore: Juliend.

Lauren Good: This is correct.

Zoe Schiffer: Okay, so are you going to stick with it? Will you continue to use it for this purpose, or does it feel like a one-time experiment?

Michael Calore: Honestly, the workout regimen is pretty solid. I will keep doing this.

Lauren Good: Good.

Michael Calore: And as far as recipes go, I have so many cookbooks and so many years of experience making food for myself that I have absolutely no need to make this quinoa salad again, Lauren, unless you want me to. Let me make it and give you some of it.

Lauren Good: I've also eaten other meals you've made, and I think I'll probably recommend them next time.

Zoe Schiffer: Very diplomatic.

Michael Calore: Okay, that's good.

Lauren Good: But thanks, appreciate you.

Michael Calore: So I have to say that, for me, as someone who understands myself and understands my needs, it really wasn't that big of a help. The workout was good. I could have gotten by without the Gemini 2.O, but if anyone is new to this or anyone has a lot of questions, or if anyone is considering making this type of lifestyle change, it really did add some great value. Good advice given.
